Spotlight on the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra

Sunday, November 10th | 4 pm
Beethoven, Tower, and Adams
Kresge Auditorium, MIT
W16, 48 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA 02139

The Cambridge Women’s Center is proud to participate as a Spotlight Partner for the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra’s November Concert this year. We were chosen as a partner particularly because one of the pieces on their November program is John Adams' Harmonium, a work for full orchestra and choir which sets to music two poems by Emily Dickinson. The intersection of advocating for women's needs and reflecting on the history of both Cambridge and the literary legacy of Emily Dickinson links the Cambridge Women’s Center to the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra in this special piece and new partnership.

We hope you can make it to the concert—come find us outside before and after the show!
