Renovation Updates

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, our beloved house at 46 Pleasant Street is undergoing a full renovation. The completed house will be fully accessible, with a chair lift, an elevator, and bathrooms on every floor. There will be a library, an art room, a brand-new kitchen and a garden house with a meeting space. For the first time in the Cambridge Women’s Center history, our home has been updated and renovated. This represents an exciting moment in our 51-year history. We expect the renovations to be completed in Summer 2023 and can’t wait to show you all. This new building helps to secure our future as an organization so we can continue to serve our beloved community.
