Michelle Holcomb comes to the Cambridge Women's Center with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, much of that in Cambridge. She has previously served as Development Director of Food For Free and Haley House, and prior to those roles ran the food pantry at St James Episcopal Church in Porter Square. In her free time, Michelle enjoys hiking in the Fells, biking along the Alewife, and kayaking the Mystic River with her partner and their dog.

Dosa Chidandali joins the Women’ Center with a strong passion for women's empowerment. Dosa aims to create a safe and hopeful space for women. In addition to a BA in interdisciplinary studies at North Central University, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership. A recent transplant to the greater Boston area, Dosa lived and worked in Minneapolis until recently. After receiving her MA, Dosa’s goal is to one day create a non-profit organization to support women in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Stacy joins the Cambridge Women’s Center as the new Co-Director of Development and Outreach. With a recently completed Master’s of Social Work, specializing in Trauma and Violence, her passion lies in social justice, advocating for historically marginalized communities, and fostering inclusive spaces. Thrilled to contribute to the rich legacy of the CWC, she’s eager to build strong relationships and cultivate partnerships that amplify every voice.

EMILY SCHKERYANTZ
Originally from the midwest, Emily holds a B.A. in Psychology and International Relations from the University of Southern Indiana and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston. She has been working to advocate for worker's rights in a variety of capacities and settings for nearly a decade, most recently as an Organizer with the United Auto Workers. Her professional and academic interests intersect in understanding the workplace as a site of civic engagement and building strong community coalitions to effect meaningful social change.
Emily joined the board in the summer of 2021. She is a former volunteer and excited to once again get involved at the Center. She is a member of the HR Committee and the Governance Committee.
CLOE PIPPIN
Cloe works as an energy, environment, and land use attorney at Foley Hoag LLP. She received her BA in political science from Indiana University and her JD from Boston University School of Law.
Cloe serves as a Co-Chair for the Greater Boston Legal Services Associates Fundraising Drive. During law school, Cloe interned at Prisoners Legal Services and has remained involved in the fight for prisoners’ rights since, including participating in the effort to return the right to vote to individuals incarcerated on felonies in Massachusetts and the #DonateYourVote2020 campaign.
In her free time, Cloe enjoys camping and hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, reading, and kayaking. Cloe lives in Cambridge with her fiancé, Brady, and their two cats, Ivy and Nelly.
SANDRA BROWN
Sandra Brown joins us with over 20 years of experience in the psychology space. Working as a Clinical Manager of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Courts, Program Director of the Family Center, and adjunct professor of Psychology.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern, Pre-Med with concentration in Psychology and her MSW from Simmons College.
She currently resides in Plymouth, after residing in Lexington for many years with her two sons.
She is passionate about creating safe spaces and bringing awareness of equal treatment to everyone regardless of social economics, race, creed, or color.
JUDY NORRIS, CHAIR
Judy Norris has volunteered since the founding in 1971. She has been instrumental in the survival of the Women’s Center. In her 51+ years of involvement, she has assisted with finances, programming, volunteer coordination, fundraising, management, building repairs/maintenance, and more.
Currently, she is on the Finance Committee on the Board, assists with the monthly calendar, is a drop-in volunteer, and works on many other tasks. She has extensive institutional knowledge about the Center.

JENNY RABINOWICH
Jenny has spent most of her career working to address disparities faced by low-income women and children, both in the United States and abroad. She spent several years in management positions at a West Africa-based community health non-profit, until the COVID-19 pandemic inspired her to go back to school for nursing.
She now works as an RN at Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds a BA from Haverford College, an MPH from Drexel University, and a BSN from MGH Institute for Health Professions. Jenny has been involved with the CWC as a drop-in volunteer since moving to Cambridge in 2019, and joined the Board in 2023.
She is passionate about ensuring that all community members feel welcomed and supported by the Center. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, doing anything artistic, and going on long walks by the Charles River.
RUTH ERICKSON
Ruth Erickson retired in January 2016 as a Managing Director of Marsh LLC, after 38 years.
Since retiring Ruth has focused her attention on volunteer activities at Mt. Auburn Hospital, The Home for Little Wanderers, Cambridge Public Schools, GiGi's Playhouse NYC, and the Cambridge Women's Center. She is also a member of the Boards of GiGi's Playhouse NYC and the Cambridge Women's Center.
She received her BA in Economics from Boston College in 1972 and her MBA from the Loyola University Graduate School of Business. She lives in Cambridge with her husband, Paul, and their rescue dog, Kate.
CYNTORIA MEADERDS
I’m Dr. Cyntoria Meaderds. I’m originally from Chicago, IL but currently reside in Nashville, TN. I received my Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management from Arizona State University.
I’ve spent over seven years working in the field of behavioral health from substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and community outreach engagement in Tennessee.
I’ve been a member of National Hook-Up of Black Women since 2013, which is an organization that amplifies women’s voices and accomplishments and focuses on initiatives that improve social conditions for women and children.
MADELINE EIERMANN
Madeline has a B.S. from DePaul University and an EMBA from Suffolk University. She has worked in the financial industry with experience in taxation and compliance issues.
She is keenly interested in working with community and government to provide livable, as well as affordable, housing options for disabled or disadvantaged individuals.
Madeline has lived in Cambridge for 40 years and enjoys the outdoor spaces at Fresh Pond and Magazine Beach Audubon Center
